Fall is a great time to enjoy fun outdoor activities, as well as get some stuff done around the house in preparation for winter. Thanks for your comments. For the cocoa, I ended up buying a big can of Stephen’s Hot Cocoa. I tried a couple of homemade recipes and they turned out horrible. So I went with the tried and true. 🙂 As for the journal cover…I got it at Target a few years back. I added the ribbon and tag myself.
